Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Leadro Solutions ("we", "us") collects and uses information on leadro.ai, in our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, and when you request a free speed test or book a call with us.

What we collect

• What you enter in our forms on leadro.ai or in our Facebook and Instagram lead forms: your name, company, website, phone, email, trade, state, your answers and your text message choices.
• How you reached us: campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as utm_source) and the page you came from.
• Basic device and usage data collected by cookies and similar tools, including an advertising pixel from the platform where we run ads, which measures visits and form submissions.

How we use it

• To run the speed test you asked for and send you your private scorecard.
• To contact you by phone and email, and by text message only if you opted in: about your request and scheduled calls, and about our services if you agreed to marketing texts.
• To measure and improve our ads and website.

Text messages (SMS)

We text you only if you opt in by checking a box on a form on leadro.ai or in our Facebook or Instagram lead forms. The boxes are unchecked by default, and you never have to agree to texts to get a speed test or book a call. There are two separate choices:

• Non-marketing texts about your request, its results and your scheduled calls.
• Marketing texts about special offers and our appointment-booking services.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out at any time. Our Terms of Service include the full text messaging terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as our customer-relationship, messaging, email and hosting providers), under agreements that limit how they use it, or when the law requires. This sharing never includes text messaging opt-in data or consent (see Text messages above).

Cookies and ad measurement

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also limit ad personalization in the settings of the ad platforms you use.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it or keep it only in anonymized form.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@leadro.ai.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
